There is no such a thing as 997 GT2 bubble, this the only GT Porsche car at still normal price in compare to 997 GT3/RS and it should be treated more as a bargain then bubble those days.

Except 996 GT cars. I wasn't aware how similar a 996 is to a 997 until I got one, I believe most folks will be pleasantly surprised.
