That is good (as long as it takes nearly all of the 100ft-lbs to remove with multiplier). You will generally find that the removal torque will increase with time and wheel changes (until you break down all the parts of the centerlock bolt and clean/re-grease them - but don't grease the wide washer). Manual says to disassemble, clean, and re-grease parts if removal torque is 700NM (518 ft-lbs) or more at the bolt.

BTW, if it's too Easy to remove (requires less than 400 NM or 296 ft-lbs at the bolt), then you are supposed to buy new centerlock bolts (per the workshop manual).

Removing centerlock wheels requires no special torque multiplier. It just requires a little elbow grease. I've removed hundreds of wheels across many 991 GT cars and they've never become easier to remove. Force required feels about the same.
