Matt, I use these towels on my glass. spray with cleaner, wipe up with one, scrub with another. Two towels will usually do most of the windows, the trick is to always scrub with a dry one. They tend to grab to the glass and makes it a little difficult to wipe, but i've started to use Stoners again and it leaves the glass a little smoother.

Most towels start to leave fibers behind and makes the glass look sparkly, i've used 4 of these for the last 3 months without any issues.

I finally made a video of the stuff I use. I need to make an actual paper list, but that will take me a while. Let me know if you have questions.

Hi Matt,

Had a quick question, read thru some of your posts and cleaning video and was wondering if the car has a clear bra installed? Not sure if I missed seeing it.

What are your recommendations for a sports car? I live in NY so the roads are not perfect

Thanks in advance...

I don't do clear film, but I live in FL. I probably still wouldn't do it if I live in NY. I just don't like the look. It reminds me of putting plastic on your furniture.

Watched much of your most recent video above. Did I hear you say something about your new website? Is it up and going or in your plans?

After I typed that, I recall the thread re names. Obsessedgarage was the best, if I have a vote. Keep the good stuff coming.

Nice write up & fabulous car. My folks live in Dell Webb Spruce Creek up the road. Was down there last week & stopped in at Ocala Porsche. Spent 1 1/2 hours with Scott talking cars & trying to locate an RS allocation. Nice brand new building. Enjoy the car !

Very nice brace of cars that covers all bases. If I could make a suggestion being in design, lights over the car throw shadows on the aisles. It does however light the hood/roof/trunk well. I usually also place lights on the aisles running parallel to the cars in our projects, while trying to not overlight the top of the walls which will also blow out the space. 6500°K is quite hot, I prefer the warmer color temps you chose as well. Nice work!

Ha, ha... I technically live in Lady Lake. You need to PM next time you're in town. I'm always looking for something to do since I'm the only guy less the 55 years old for miles.

I've been thinking about running lights in parallel with the cars. I would like to get four more fixtures.

Default GT3 Rear Emblem Change

I thought I was being super clever when I decided to copy the GT3 Cup car that I saw a few weeks ago at Titan's open house. I was sure that others have done this before. They just haven't taken any photos. Sure enough, another member, 'kfmcmahon,' posted some photos of exactly what I was planning earlier this week.

I had posted in my Journal that I was planning to ditch my P-O-R-S-C-H-E badge in favor of a simple GT3 decal much like the Cup car and new GT3RS. Another Rennlister, 'fastmd,' shot me a PM. He was very graciously offering to send me a black decal, which is exactly what I wanted. I got the package later last week just in time for the weekend!

I attempted to redo my badge on my C2S, but that was an epic fail. This time was more successful. I really like it. I just hope it holds up.
