Default Refinishing my rims

Does anyone know if I can refinish my OEM black rims in the OEM gold?

Yes, any reputable wheel refinishing shop should be able to handle it.

You do not need a wheel refinishing shop..... if the wheels are in very good shape you need a powder coater.....

This too. There's a local wheel shop that specializes in refinishing wheels, powder coat, etc. So that's where my mind was. There's also a body shop that does wheels.

You may want to ask your local dealer, independent shop, or PCA region members who they'd recommend.

The stock aurum (gold) wheels are painted. I have yet to see a powder coater get the same finish. Someone posted the glasurit paint code a while back.

I love the look of the rims with guards red. I think the aurum looks better than black.

I recently refinished my wheels and went the powder coat route. The original black wheels had chips, and pc is much stronger. There are million powder colors these days, so you could easily find the color you want. Be sure to find a top notch pc shop so you get a nice finish
