Selling a car as private party certainly sucks, but I prefer buying from private party as you get a feel for how the car was previously cared for.

I think this only applies to sellers who don’t know what they’re doing, have bad luck, or most likely a combination of the two. I have had no problem selling a number of specialty 911s, GT4, etc. Many of the buyers have become friends in the process as well. It’s been a wonderful, fulfilling experience.

As a buyer...I would never, ever consider for one second buying private party. A $20k cash car, sure, but a $200k+ car? Absolutely not, just as I would never deal with a "for sale by owner" home. Rolling the dice, I'm not a gambling man.

Anecdotal - you must have better experience than I have. I could write an entire book about dreamers and social misfits I have had to deal with with private party sales, even as someone who has always priced my cars at the bottom of the market price to just "move" the product.

I like the gold BBS on Carmine. I had gold Forgeline GX3s on my Carmine GT4.

2018 GT3 Touring in PTS Geyser Grey Metallic 6,965 Miles 250K LWB, PDLS, FALS, Hounds Tooth seat inserts, deviated stitching. Very tasteful build. Not sure why they didn't replace the scraped up front spoiler before taking pic's? For the money it should be flawless.

I tried to sell a 911 privately and dealt with what you said. All walks of life, from poor to rich. Wasted so much time setting appointments and meeting up with people. Maybe I'm too nice. I let people go for test drives alone... I know, I know. But I gauge them first hand, plus I'm trying to make a sale. There's a member here named "SocialPro" or something. Biggest tire kicker of them all.
By far, the biggest most annoying losers are the "let me ask my wife" type. Bitch, ask you wife? The **** outta here. What excuse of a man uses their wife as a shield instead of saying "thank you for your time, this one's not for me".
