Repeat after me. All non-numbered Porsches, including GT cars, will depreciate. Next Gt3T will be NA and manual.

Looking for feedback on the value of a 100 mile GT3 Touring. Silver/Black. Red stitching with many options. LWBS, FAL, PDLS, Bose, Chrono, etc.
Looking for feedback on what's a fair price for this as a % of MSRP which was $169K. Has PPF and Quartz PPC on it. Sorry to ask but I did search Cars.com and this site and there are not many for sale. Thanks Roy Why are are you selling? Didn’t you just collect the car a few months ago? |
Thanks for everyones feedback. I did forget to mention the most important option; the 911R shift knob. :) It's sitting in the kitchen; I should put it on...
Regarding why sell; the car sits on the lift and I've been driving my 991.2 4S cab when I can during the summer. We are a family of 3 so much of the time I need a 4 door. In a nutshell that means the Touring just sits. If I'm only going to drive it a few times a year I've been thinking of something that a bit more outrageous. An RS, a 488, or the new Huracan EVO. |

Similar spec but jet black metallic I'd pay it again, best daily I've owned..just put PS4 on it I've considered buying another one in case I break this one eventually One mod needed is the 911R shift knob from suncoast..that's my poser part |
Value is all about what it means to you. I wanted to get into a car I could truly enjoy for the next couple of years before I have a family I need to move around, and the GT3T was a perfect fit for me.
As a data point, I was able to get one of the last new 2019s at $10k over and was a previous customer of the dealership. A lot of dealers seem to think that these cars merit $20-30K over sticker, not sure that the real market is willing to support that but YMMV. |
as someone who recently sold a PTS touring, I would say it's $10K over in today's market.
|
I paid 20 over for my signal yellow touring with 9 miles for another data point (and would do it again today and tomorrow).

For some reason it's my favorite part of the car |
I have the carbon shift knob as well. Looks great and feels great.

If you are selling, $10k over should sell fairly quickly. Maybe $15k over if you are more patient and find a buyer who wants the options on the car or if it's a PTS car (even though those have a nearly $13k premium built into the MSRP!).
|
I paid MSRP but I did NOT get to spec mine AND I waited a long time until one fell into my lap (almost any .2 GT3 with a MT would have been fine by me). However, I would have gladly paid an extra $10k-20k to spec mine; really glad I have it and I plan on having this instant classic a long time. Buy it.

with all due respect to all commenting, no one knows the current market for the car
best way is to call three Porsche dealers across the country and see how much they will pay for the car ... The average number will be a fair trade number and then you can add 6-10 % for private party sale if you can find one interested |
IMO - Once you buy you won't sweat what you paid unless the bottom falls completely out. 10 vs 20k over shouldn't be a yes or no on a car at this price range. Just get in to it and drive. Smiles all around.
