I will start:

"WARNING: Ein Schneller Käfer" translates into One Fast Beetle. A few others have used the same phrase on their door sill since then. I'm glad to be of inspiration for others here on Rennlist.

Custom one-off door sill (with two colors) was granted under the provision as a Special Project car. Cost was $5030 for this little "privilege". :biggulp:

(I wanted the "AND" in an even smaller size, but the iterations took more than 3 weeks everytime: me -> dealer -> PAG -> dealer -> me (for approval) and after three adjustments I didn't want risk the delivery date anymore. It was a really strange process, I thought I had made a crystal clear template, but... In the end I am quite happy anyway :D ).

Almost like people customize car for their own liking or something.

I would have gone for

DOOR SILL

That would be a good one if you're trying to be funny.

Another funny one might be "KEEP YOUR SHOES OFF" since non-Porsche owners seem to love to drag their shoes across the panel and thrash it.

I was going for that aftermarket look, yet I wanted mine to be more bespoke than anyone else's. So I convinced Porsche to do different sills on each side of the car. It wasn't easy making this happen.

Two T's or one? Heck, I don't know. Of course, it's meant as a form of whit, of which, I have none. But it sure is bespoke!

I’m looking for someone who can make some bespoke inserts for the door sills, to replace the original ones.

I don’t want anything illuminated, just some brushed alloy with something engraved in it.
