Another season down, 4 track events ( Open track, to instructing PCA groups) The GT2RS I had to change tires at last event even though plenty of tread left as I was struggling with cornering as well as break points. New tires were the answer! Only mod this year was adding the extended Manthey water tank from 311RS. Just nice not to worry after 1 session to refill tank. 5K miles and counting…

Out of interest (and a bit off topic) which tyres did you have on the car and were replacements like for like?

tires were the cup 2's, which came on car. was thinking of going with the cup 2 r's, but no need as its really quite fast as it is... so stayed on the cup 2's Color is Grigio Telesto.

Simple black on black with Weissach and mags, no special options, no garage queen.

Drove 7500 miles in half a year.

Those are Forgeline GA1R-CL as seen below. Custom built forged wheels made here in the USA. If you'd like more info on them let me know.

What size/offset and the specific Pirelli slicks that all work correctly with the GT2RS?
