Unfortunately the OP feels he owes Rennlist no explanation and he keeps locking the thread in an attempt to quell the discussion. This doesn't sit right with us. Thread open.

Honestly, he could have still kept that close to his vest and it would have been cool.. But to dismiss those of us who actually gave a sh*t about his cause and showed support..that's like a swift kick the ***** after dragging someone out of quicksand.

I agree. If OP cannot make amends with the members of this forum and wants to remain incognito on what the resolution is/was albeit favorable or not, then why not reach out to the staff and admins of RennList so the OP does not look terribly guilty and deceiving. Just my $0.02

Contact you about what?
To say he's sorry for something? He doesn't need to. In so many words, he's already admitted it was a misunderstanding between him and the dealer. That simple.
What's left to talk about?
What the resolution was between him and the dealer?
He's already said - it's nobody's business but his. And he's right.
This thread continues it's life because some posters feel they were deceived by the OP, and so, they mistakenly dumped all over the dealer. The resulting indignation, seems to have left them feeling entitled to the details of the settlement.
Understandable. Except, their was no deception. The OP's opening post contained all the ingredients necessary to reasonably to conclude this was going to be a plain case of misunderstanding.
Judgement - Entitlement denied!
