My car has been built and sitting at the port to be loaded onto a ship. The problem is that will not happen until October 6th. There has to be a reason why Porsche is delaying US deliveries. It must be costing them money for the cars to sit at the port delaying deliveries and payment.

Just got a call from my dealer and my car is on a ship and scheduled to be at the dealer on Oct 13. He said to keep my fingers crossed for the dates because they have gotten many cars on time all year.

I wonder why west coast ships are later. There are many more cars going to the west coast.

That might be related to the CARB certs. Maybe they are holding cars that are going to carb states. Usually EPA certs happen first then CARB lags behind. That seems to be the major hold up for a lot of 2018 cars.

Got my latest update a few hours ago and V300 as of 9/7 and it's at port of Emden since 9/12 awaiting the RORO....
I'm wondering what RORO the East Coast bound GT3's would be on... based on the NYK Line schedules below (if they're even on these lines) many of the ships departing from Emden (i.e. departs 9/12, 9/25, 10/11 and 10/23) are headed to the West Coast but I don't see any Sept-Oct landings/destinations to the East Coast ports from Emden....
