Default At the track question on steering

so I'm at lime rock today first track event w this 16 gt3

is it Normal ? The steering feels very heavy to the point of forearms start to ache after a 20 min sessions

is this a result of being in sport plus mode ?

and yes I go to the gym regularly , just seems very different than my other pcars

welcome any feedback

you might have an issue with the tire pressures or the steering rack, but in general i find the steering to be a bit on the heavy side which I prefer.

Do you have the LWB seats? Sometimes with normal seats, your arms can tire from bracing yourself in the corners...

Take the passenger seat from the Spyder and put it in the GT3 for the driver (and vice versa)

That might put the airbags (and height switch) on the wrong side though - might have to put both LWB's from the Spyder into the GT3, if that's your main track car...

Does not sound normal to me, I found both the GT3 and now RS to be fairly light weight in terms of effort. There is no mode to change steering weight.

I was serious at first, but then I realized the airbags would be on the wrong side (and the electric height adjust). I guess you should just wait for .2 (first world problem )

Yeah, it really helps to use LWB's or real racing seats. And harnesses help a bunch too (especially under braking).

Not a real solution, but this could be helpful in the meantime:

Brace yourself with your left foot, worked pretty good for me
Tougher now on the GT4...

PDK has at least this on its side!

This. The steering should be fine for any normal person.
