.2 GT3 Headlights

For me the PDLS plus in black look fantastic on a car with a strong colour e.g. GR - RY. I also had the washers coloured gloss black along with the wheels - really jumps out.

I know I have said this before: But I think the Black PDLS you see on the Carreras was different than found on the 991.1 GT3. I just had mine replaced, and my outer ring is a dark dark grey, not the black ring you see in the picture above

And maybe that was because the standard rim was the Platinum grey? Not sure. But I bet the PDLS you see in the configurator for the .2 is the same headlight as my black PDLS on my 15 GT3

There is even the little bit of chrome in front of the projector. So, all of this complaining seems to be for no reason IMO.

I'm leaning towards MB atm. Guards is definitely in the running though. Perhaps even yellow although much less likely I think.
Edit, really disappointed the pitch black housing isn't available this run around like the 991.1 GTS... SO CLEAN

Here is the configurator 780 dollar option PDLS. Since it is a computer generated picture, where all the colors are slightly different, I am assuming this option is exactly the one from the 991.1 GT3.

I noticed on the .2 GTS isn't even available with the black xenons, actually no .2 has that option in the configurator I believe.
SAD! to quote Trump

Note that the base lights on the .1 is different than the base lights on the .2.
The .2 lights is completely new with the 4 LED running lights inside the light housing.

Im looking and am seeing 4 insets around the bulb...wow if they do that is a great revision by P! Totally on board to get the PDLS upgrade and wrap the outline in black now.

Going back to Bi Xenon
I had LED on the White 991.1 Turbo, LED Black on Lava Orange 991.1 GT3 RS and Bi Xenon Black on the White 991.1 GT3
For 991.2 GT3 I'm going back to Bi Xenon PDLS because:
- I didn't find the LED significantly better
- The 911 LED are not as nice IMO as the other P car LED or even other brands like Mercedes
- Exterior color matters. I've ordered white with black wheels. The LED suit the other exterior colors better.
- The LED are very common on 911 where I live
- I ordered a lot of options like Full Leather, Bose, 18-way Seats, Red Dials, Carbon Fiber, etc so I wanted to prove to myself that I'm not a total sucker for options and can actually say no to some options!
