Driving this on track in late June. Can't think of anything I've been more excited to try.. NA V10 on Track with aero... ooof!!!!

This. Car is the very top of my admittedly low-reaching bucket list... $300k is a lot, but seems like a very good value considering its performance, looks.. and "only in class" NA v10 in a sea of turbos.

Really wish I could have driven one of these to see how it compared to their other versions. Just love the engine really great grunt and power. Having driven the 580-2, 610-4 and the super trofeo, Lambo really has a great platform. I still feel like a 2 wheel drive performante would the absolute bees knees and might just pull me away from the P-cars

I know I am in the minority but I don't like the looks of this car especially the wing. It looks out of place. and the car looks over the top in styling screaming "look at me, look at me, please look at me".

I don't think that's the minority on a Porsche forum.

I also think that lambos look way over the top and indicate a person who is begging for attention, and rarely a true driving enthusiast.

I do like their big NA engines, but I'll never own a Lamborghini.

Have you driven the Huracan? Either in AWD or 2WD versions, it's a fantastic car.

I would consider the Huracan over a 488 and 570S, and if you catch me at the right time, even over the 991 GT3.

Yes, it grabs alot of attention (sometimes too much), but anyone who buys a McLaren or a Ferrari can be accused of the same thing, regardless of whether they are a true driving enthusiast.

I have driven a huracan. Great powerful engine, sounds fantastic, was fun on the track, although less precise than GT3.

However I also think it looks ridiculous, so it's a no go for me.

In the past said the same thing - cancelled my Ferrari tdf for the SV roadster after it's under 7 min ring time.

Attended the Performante opening in Miami - these guys are serious about speed and performance carbon fiber tub the list goes on and on.

Lambo beats Ferrari - it's that simple and yes they get a lot of attention but the closest F dealer is 300 miles many local long time (drivers) Ferrari enthusiasts are buying Lamborghini's. Porsche guys moving to Lamborghini don't see that happening they are sister companies that have no desire to compete.

It's not the old Lamborghini days. The Huracan is a daily driver to a race car.

Aventador is all bull - with it's doors looks sounds receives insane amounts of attention especially with the race exhaust but with the cf tub take the tops off and there is nothing like it close to 800 hp with 12 cylinders attached to your back side. The Performante in roadster form IMO will be perfection.

Me like a lot. Had a Cheryl Tiegs and a Lamborghini Poster growing up. Always loved the styling. One day will have one in my garage. As soon as no more Manual high end sport cars no longer available. I wish they would bring back the Gated Manual

The marvle looking, carbon composite plastic looks terrible in the interior and exterior.

performante roadster will be useless with its soft top bc will not be allowed to go on any tracks. who needs all that aero tech just to drive it on street? and how will they balance the aero for when the roof is open? better not even to release such a model which will only reinforce lambo poser rep
