old cast was temp to allow stabilization and de swelling. the plan was always open reduction.

Good luck with your recovery mooty, staying mellow will probably be your biggest challenge in recovery. Driving old cars fast will help keep you sane in lieu of riding.

PS: This is my favorite thread on the internets.

Do it! I hate working out, never ran or walked, never did a spin class (don't even own a bike) before and the Peloton is changing my wife and I's life. You'll be back riding in no time. Tucked the front wheel riding mtn singletrack 2 summers ago. Everything healed up fine.

you guys are doing it wrong! not supposed to add weight thru those procedures.

not sure if i have cool pics, but i went full race exhaust courtesy of crohn's.
instant weight loss and don't have to worry about colon cancer. win-win!
