I believe the color is called royal purple. It’s very purple. Very unique and car looks fantastic!!

Yes, also known as Lilac. It was a special order color in 1973, code 6969. Beautiful!

Colour reminds me of McLaren's Mauvine Blue. Would be an excellent and unique PTS choice if it passes the "viability test".

Silly question -- I have always wondered passively -- what is the little shallower part in the center of the air dam on these cars? The "missing" 8 inches or so on the lower "lip" (I would hesitate to call that a splitter?) Is there a tow-hook behind there or something?
