I like Vittoria Open Corsa Evo CX. Really smooth, roll nicely and good puncture resistant. Better than the Contis

Conti GP4000S II's are my favorite all around tire - fast and good puncture protection.

Vittoria Corsa G+ lets you keep skinwall look and has good performance (not as good as turbo cotton) but better puncture protection than the turbo cottons.

Favorite fast clincher is the Michelin Power Competition. Great grip on warm/dry pavement....a bit scary on cold and wet....a lot like the Sport Cups on our GT3! https://www.bikeradar.com/us/road/gear/category/components/tyres/road/product/michelin-power-competition-50156/

front plate : it’s a DD I do r have time to
take the holder off.

I rode gp4000 variants for a long time. great rubber but it’s not plush. i have delicate ***

I also ran veloflex tubular as
well as vitoria graphine tuvular and clinchers (he graphine stuff is really good. ). but none of the above is plush like turbo cotton. beside puncture they only last 900 miles at my wt. but man i won’t change it.
it’s the best rubber I have used
INCLUDING some
exoric tubulars

had it out after the ride today “remnants of speeeed”

360CS is a great car - go-kart handling but a tad slow. My 430 Scuderia makes up the power, lost a little of the go-kart, but still has the viceral/raw feel. Last of a breed both of them.

I'm desperate to ride. I split between HK and socal and had the brilliant plan last time in Asia of leaving a bike and crap in Taipei, where the riding is 10/10. But I've been too busy here to get to it. Muscle memory from last ride in California (attached) is fading. Needless to say none of my cars are here, either.

I'm running intervals and losing weight so should be fast again when back to California, where I shall be smushed by a very short nutcup in a mud ready, sparkling clean pickup.

Delicious. Awesome to see it put to good use, then brought back to OCD condition!
