I seem to recall Armando bringing wonderful 1st gen samples to the track for us in the days before he moved into the shop. 😜

That mango + chrome combo would look great on a PTS .2gt3 Touring chrome car.

yes and he used to drive over to my house so i can critique it.
if you find his stuff too much butter... well blame me.
i also have unique names for his pastry which he would be upset if anyone else call them thata

He even drove over to my house, in Florida!
With freshly baked goods, incredible..

What a delivery that was, he’s a baking genius, I’m totally unworthy and owe Armando big time.

I'm getting a no wing touring and ticked the carbon fibre, alcantara lined with deviated stitch fold away table... they come part of the "package".

not all carbs are equal. Good old Boudin sourdough is actually healthy for you. It's like oatmeal.

It's all refined carbs unfortunately...I've pretty much tossed eating any kind of bread and pretty much all stuff with flour including pasta but potato and rice are my main weakness. I hate oatmeal/oats anyhow so that's been easy to avoid.

Refined carbs are crap, and I hate oatmeal myself. Remember though, good bread made out of real wheat has lots of protein and most vitamins you need, except a few. I am biased though, real bread with feta cheese and tomatoes is my go to food, my weakness.

My weekend contribution:

Levi's Gran Fondo. Not the fastest or slowest, but felt this was my most consistent century yet w/out any hardcore trouble spots. Next weekend is Jensie Gran Fondo where Mooty can show us all how it's really done....

Oh, I drove my car to Sausalito. That was nice too....
