We’re in Killarney having driven the Ring of Kerry yesterday and this morning watching hundreds of riders (some having driven their Porsche’s here) preparing for today’s Ring of Kerry 175km ride.

Yep legendary stage and gives some hope to the tall non climber type !

caught a cold
rode up the hill coughing loudly. othe riders handed me water lol. but was not slow today. the cough medicine made everything dreamy. I barely remember the climb.
