Drink two different varieties of green tee, one being the super powerful Grand cru matcha and the other green tea is mixed with white tea. Drink it solely for staying healthy, and body detoxification. Also helps with body recovery after working out/riding. It's my secret for staying young.

i think i will do 102 miles 12000' wednesday
tmo rest up from 3 day of track driving.

no, injured on wednesday mile 46 of 108 mile ride. took 90 seconds to chk out wounds and realize my bike is still fine, only lost cogs 11, 12, 13 and rode on. was not as fast as usual after that.

34 miles on thursday
32 miles on friday
47 miles on sunday
