nice. i think when i had it in Japan we had pieces that looked like that as well as horse liver.
i remember both being quite tasty. and despite the diversity of food in the Bay Area, definitely not a dish i've seen around here.

^Probably it won't anytime soon. Very good. By the way any Uni(fresh sea urchin lovers) Dalian,China has the best imo over vaulted Japan's Uni ie sweetness.

Snack on ham
ham on shrooms
no ham on steak or dessert
they cook meat propper here. Or Cure it. Or no more than med rare
padron peppers.
Chocolate thing Mooty would have been proud of

The "streets" we'd call a sidewalk in the US make it challenging for most cars. My wife traded in her Macan for a Mini a few weeks after we moved to the UK. Prior to the move, she felt like the Macan was too small of a car for her

Ok, inspired by spyerx, I booked the weekend in Barcelona on 7/28-29 (out of London). Renting a bike and doing a couple of long rides. That said, if you had 2 must-eat restaurants in the city, what would they be? Also any good espresso bar recommendations appreciated.
