Contemplating sale of GT3. Realistic pricing
I have a nicely optioned 2015 Porsche GT3. I bought the car with 66 miles in April 2015. Unfortunately time, business & other commitments haven't allowed me to enjoy the car. 2 years later & the GT3 has 1132 miles. The car has never been tracked & it is perfect in all respects. The sticker was $155,360. I spent an additional $4000 having the front covered in Xpel along with Ceramic coating on the rest of the car. The only other thing I have done to the car was to put an RSS X-pipe (I still have the original). I am looking to put the car up for sale so that someone can enjoy it as it sits in my heated man cave under a car cover right now.
Maintenance wise, I had the oil changed in July 2016 at 1100 miles by Porsche of Ann Arbor.
I would appreciate any feedback from fellow Rennlisters what is a reasonable price point.

I bet you get $155k for it. Maybe a little less.

You have a perfectly specced GT3 with the buckets. Looks track ready. would Say the same thing, sell it for 155k

Probably close to MSRP. Seems to be spec'd really well.

i would concur with most posters above, and say ~145 for a quick sell, msrp to squeeze the last dollar out of it over a few months
btw op - you may want to expand the shot of the mulroney... it can't be read as it currently posted - so one cannot see the exact options spec'd
