The Cars of Gold Rush Rally 9
It’s that time of the year again. It’s Gold Rush Rally 9! The stuff we do for Gold Rush is always out of the ordinary. However, this year it seems the creative level is over 9,000.
Right now, as we write this, the rally is on its second leg. We want to share some of the wraps we did for a number of the cars in the rally. What you see here is not even all the wraps we did. It does however show the variety and creativity that went into the designs.
This is a Porsche website, so we’ll start with those.
As usual, there are a number of Porsches in the lineup. This year there are a couple of 991 GT3 RSs and a GT3. We’ll start with those in the photos below.
We’ll still follow up with all the cars in the lineup, to show you a complete picture of what’s going on.
It goes without saying, what you see here is a collaborative team effort. What you are about to see below is not based on easy or simple tasks. A lot of work and time went into each of these cars.
Shoutouts and thanks go to the entire PFS team, the car owners, Gold Rush Rally organizers, the designers and everyone else involved in these creations. Props go not only to the installers, but our suppliers, sponsors, all the companies involved and even everyone who served as a bit of inspiration.
As usual, the photography is by the ultra-talented Ted 7. The Top of the Car photos are also by Ted.
As you will be able to tell, the theme among the Porsches all revolves around modern recreations of classic racing liveries.

I get having a supercar and fun with it, but a train of them them all going that fast on a public road together....not too smart.

Meh, PCA group drives are no better in terms of irresponsible driving.
Wraps look awesome, especially that black and white RS.
