We have been trying to get crocodile CXX options with porsche Australia, but no go. Even suggested we would supply the skins...

I heard that whoever is in the car went back a step on the traction control to be able to have a locked up version out of Germany to have the IP protected. So the car is back to no auto blip until that process is wrapped up! then when Sport has been reactivated, it will be the computer doing the work. you can tell that the last downshift in the final left hand corner had no blip.

I watched the video and assumed it was auto blipping like the R GT4 or any 991 with a manual would when the sport or sport plus button is on but what i just read confused me, so is it auto blipping when sport button is pushed or not?

John had explained this in the past : the car is set up to auto blip when Sport mode is activated, just like any other late model GT car with a manual transmission(GT4 and 991R).
In the case of the above video, the American citizen driving on Mexico's territory was blipping the throttle himself on downshifts. If you pay close attention he purposely " forgets " to do it in a turn to prove that the car was not doing it automatically earlier in the video.

What can be more rewarding than doing it yourself?! I can't wait till this gets in RJ's hands! Seriously RJ,we need to see a video of yourself driving and enjoying it!

neanicu my friend I could not agree with you more buddy!!😉 Thank you, I can't wait after all this build up...
I will make one promise though, I am no professional race car driver like our mysterious Mexican road rebel!
I like to think I'm ok at the whole heel and toe, throttle blip thing but that guy is a machine!!! I'll try my best

Questions:
RS came with PDG and E-diff, R has manual and mechanical diff?

Did you install stock 911R diff or other diff?
RS use the info from transmission and other data from the ediff to help manage traction and stability control. How many computers did you change out and how did you manage the programming?
You said you used special sauce, so did you disable the faults or did you re-write code/add code to mange now less input for the traction and stability control and other controls in the car?

Thanks

The car is essentially a 911R ECU and drivetrain.

One day i would like to go into great detail about how this project was executed but i just cant because these questions are so specific that anyone in the know, trying to do this, would have the keys to the kingdom. All i can tell you is that the RS e-diff was removed and this car runs the factory 911R mechanical locking differential. Faults were disabled via using the correct coding so that everything was happy AND we did some background work in the ECU as well because i figured it would be harder for anyone else to replicate if i got the help of some folks overseas that would only sell this technology to me and no one else. I have the ability to turn off any light i want in the cluster but to me that's cheating and not doing your job so i had to take the much longer, more uphill road to have everything working as planned. There is no proverbial black electrical tape hiding anything on this dash.
