This is what I see amidst all the links. No worries, I've lost interest.

Hi Folks,

I apologize. The Garage Talk app (which by the way is way better than the old app) started acting weirdly and i couldn't post video or photos so i got sort of lazy because i was under the assumption that you didn't have to log in to see our IG page. HOWEVER, we like to be pretty forthcoming with the photos AND the information and therefore i am going to post additional pics & video and i will ask the owner if i can publish the relevant bits of the pricing. Please keep in mind if anyone has PMd us or called us i have instructed everyone to NOT release a parts list for obvious reasons.

Big Kev & Kyle are deep into the wiring!

This has a pretty nice look to it!

The wiring work was a large portion of the necessary labor on this build.

Sorry for the delay. It was a fight with the app to get it on there and then i had to combine the clips, etc. Sorry about that!

And no, I'd never do that; was just curious, so just followed up on what he offered. Cracks me up that even a freaking exhaust price is a secret here, and you need to PM or beg somebody for a price, rather than just post it. That's what I'd do. Take care.
I apologize. The thread got rather large and was hard to stay in front of but we haven't gotten any inquiries about pricing except from one individual demanding a parts list, which i may or may not even share with a customer unless a deposit is taken. This was such an extensive project; we had probably 3 straight days of time in looking up parts alone. For anyone interested, information is as follows:

EXHAUST UPGRADE: Cargraphic Sport Manifolds with 200 Cell Cats: $3295 plus S&H (Customs, Int. Shipping, etc.) - Cargraphic Side Muffler Replacement Pipe set: $2195 plus S&H (Customs, Int. Shipping, etc.) - the car came equipped with a Sharkwerks center muffler delete x-pipe which i believe retails for $1500. Each price does not include labor to install which we estimate to be 2 - 3 hours roughly.

TRANSMISSION CONVERSION: $45K +/- (Includes fresh factory 911R transmission, pressure plate, clutch, single mass flywheel, all hydraulics, pedal conversion, shifter conversion, misc. plastic trim pieces, additional wiring looms and vehicle coding with Super Secret Squirrel Sauce).

I think that Porsche should be thrilled about this; this is what enthusiasts do.

It looks factory

Question for BGB, would it also work for a regular GT3 PDK to Manual conversion? Parts list and coding the same?

Thinking 9.1 manual vs 9.2 GT3 manual.

Great pics and commentary and the video with the sound and revs up and down. Very impressive indeed - great work guys.

Just don't crash it like some other shop once did to another RS

Oh, and I predict more of these, now that there is a precedent.
