while RS is our halo car and usually sets the new standards for us at the ring, some of the RS customers enjoys the involvement of manual shifting so as a car company for the enthusiast, we always provide what is asked of us....

or

we know RS with stick is slow as molasses and really a step backword. but you know many ppl out there must have a joystick in their hands. and plus causing rift and discourse amongst the buyers only brings more news coverage. u see that on rennlist, i love that site. (hahahah, that skin smile with no meat smile of his).... i am a marketing machine. i do wahtever it takes to sell whatever.

anyways, i need to go practice my script now. dont bother me.

Maybe he'll finally admit what we all already know to be true. Everything Porsche does in the GT department comes from suggestions we make here on Rennlist, and specifically on this forum. We are the tail that wags the dog… Nobody else, we control all.

Corporate priorities are always about cash flow, especially VAG.

"The RS is so fast, even with a 6MT it will still be faster than 99% of the cars on the track. And that 1%? The PDK version of the RS."

True - and he is smarter than we give him credit for. He reads this forum and may actually participate- He can sell almost all of his allocations listening to this group.

Hey - the Hitler videos are now almost world famous- the power of the internet- Presidents have been elected marketing on-line

Wrong!

AP is a car guy, he just know what a good car is, he won't know financing numbers!

Back! Was traveling following Eduardo again.

Though I don't see any new real questions

Half of question about who is Choasul, and half of the question beating the dead horse about future prospect of RS etc, haha.

Not AP.

Haha.
Well that clears up one thing at least. Seems as if the preferred pronunciation is "chow-sole." And not "chaos-owl" or something else like that.

If a 991.1 GT3 needs to have the engine replaced under warranty, can you request the new 4.0 991.2 motor? Would it even fit?

No, you only get an exact replacement for the original. Yes, all the 9AX Flat-6 motors are the same external size from 2.9L to 4.0L (and possibly more soon), with the exception of some intake and exhaust hardware.
