I hope that's accurate.

Mission E will adopt the shorter chassis (originally code "Pajun"). There will be different model trims for Mission E and lower trim priced under Panamera. Higher trim (600hp+) will be priced well into the Panamera trims.

Still to be see how the base Cayenne will be priced. They are going to pull away the gap from Macan this time around.

No idea on anything more than 2 years out.

My educated guess from what I know from how PAG works, is No.

And to everyone, yes I'm back!

I'm alive and have not been run over by a Sport Turismo nor electrocuted by the Mission E.

Wow, This is great news. Hope the 300-400 limited GT3RS rumor is false.

Hopefully Emperor Trump can make that regulation go away so we can have cars with frickin' laser beam headlights in the USA.
There's no regulation that prevents laser high beams in the US, only needed to be approved by the FDA, and they're a $3500 option on the 2018 R8 and standard on the R8 plus.

chaosoul,
First, welcome back, we missed you! Great info, and sense of humor.
Question, anything you can share on PTS for 991.2 GT3 orders? Timing, availability, etc. to the non-VIP/918 enthusiasts?

I was thinking they would proliferate in the next generation with (1) Audi having them in the R8 and (2) the emphasis on headlight family resemblance across the Porsche range; could mimic 919 lights

The laser light spectrum is considered a medical equipment in the US, thus under the jurisdiction of FDA. FDA will need to approve all laser headlight and slap a ugly yellow warning symbol sticker on the interior housing of the headlights.

Nope, still same as before as of today. There are no such thing as a confirmed PTS allocation or 100% promised PTS allocation.

PTS will be available this year.

That's all for now.
