So I got "the call" last night. September build, December delivery. The SM is telling me he thinks 6MT is available but needs to check to make sure. The configurator suggests otherwise, of course, as 6MT is still absent. I'm trying to be hopeful but my guess is I'm out of luck. If the SM is right, terrific. If I'm right, I will need to be bumped down a spot on the list and then hope 6MT is available when the next allocation arrives. Will report back with either a or .

As I've mentioned in other threads, 6MT will be available for late September builds, early September builds will be PDK only as of now. This is communicated directly by Porsche.

Thanks, gentlemen. I talked with the SM today and I must have heard him wrong last night (in my defense, I had a couple of Payette lagers in me and was surrounded by 5-7 year-olds dying Easter eggs) -- it's an October build (not September) with December delivery. So I hope (read pray) this means I am in the clear for 6MT.
