Dear Sirs/Madam.
Porsche Smokies GT Spring 2017
We are a private not-for-profit group of Porsche GT4/GT3/RS/R/918 owners who hold a spring driving event. Whilst the purpose of the event is fun and driving, we hold activities which raise awareness and funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF). Three years ago we started off as a group of four individuals and we now have over 190 active owners.
Our event kicks off in Atlanta and the activities include track (Atlanta Motorsports Park), airfield, and road driving in the Smoky Mountains (TN,NC,GA). We will be based at a resort in the foothills of the north Georgia mountains. Our group is informal and has a strong element of friendship and social interaction with like-minded individuals. For this year's event we are fully subscribed with 70+ drivers (most with guests) attending. The 70+ cars will range from GT4’s right through to 918’s.
We would like to ask whether your organization would be interested in offering sponsorship, items, or support. This could raise funds by way of auction, purchase, or it could benefit CFF by raising awareness during our event. The CFF will be present at the event and you can be assured that your contribution will be used to benefit their cause.
We will also be unveiling the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation liveried ClubSport car (picture attached) that one of our participants will be racing in the official PCA 2017 racing series.
