Doesn't look ceiling mounted, my guess is there are vertical steel beam supports behind the drywall.

Oakville is a beautfiul suburb. There's more than a handful of homes like that around there. Home shopping in Oakville now actually but it's scary pricing; particularly for someone who has lived in cheap Michigan most of my life

You want to see scary, look at Vancouver. Almost $9M for a house with a 2-car tandem garage. It's not even a real 2-car garage. And it's in an area where walking or public transit are not viable options. Who builds this crazy ****. But people who buy it to hide money abroad don't live here, so they don't care.
