A bit of info from my dealer. PDK cars will be built in 2017 as MY2018. Manuals won't be built until 2018. They mentioned PTS may be open about the time the 2017 builds (MY2018) are happening and could potentially close by 2018. If that's the case I'll probably go with a Miami blue manual. I've seen the color up close and it's very pretty with a bit of green in it as others have mentioned here.

In my opinion, Miami Blue's a very nice looking color. Definitely can see why it's polarizing though especially in different lighting. I think it looks best with contrasting accents ie. wheels, uprights, inlets and fender vents on a 3RS. I think it doesn't look nearly as good with Silver wheels, but even so, I still wouldn't kick it out of my garage. If it's included as one of the normal colors, I can see it being quite popular. But if it's only available as PTS, I don't see it being too popular because I think the same people that like Miami Blue, will still prefer Mexico or Riviera Blue. But personally, I like them all! I do think the Miami Blue will look fantastic on the 991.2 GT3 though, especially with Black wheels.

I've seen a couple of MB cars at my local dealer and really liked it. I don't see the Miami Dolphins color but it's certainly best to judge it for yourself.

Anyone thinking about getting Miami Blue, needs to see it in person before finalizing their choice.
It's a color that's more polarizing than Lava Orange.

I took a picture of Miami yesterday and would post it but it didn't look correct. It looked Mexico blue The green hue doesn't show up. I'm a fan of Miami as it looks inside. Still need to see it in the sun light. But I do prefer Mexico and Rivera blue over it.

i have to agree. My pics above, which included the Miami Blue, Lava Orange, and Signal Green, flatter Miami Blue a little too much. When I was there shooting the pics I too noticed that despite my best efforts, the iPhone 7 Plus camera's auto white balance, which I couldn't defeat even trying to lock exposure on something more neutral, would cause Miami Blue to tend toward a bluer look in the pic than in reality. Just like the poster above says, a little more like Mexico or Riviera than the slightly turquoise tint of Miami Blue in person.

Here are some pics I took last year in the same dealership, although lighting conditions different since sun was shining through windows, of a Riviera Blue GT4. Perhaps these will help by comparison.

I have a Mexico blue GT3 and stopped by the dealer yesterday. They had a Miami Blue 718 in the showroom and they do not look similar AT ALL, at least to my eye. The greenish tint in Miami is definitely noticeable and I don't feel these photos represent what the color looks like in person. I have the same problem in that my Mexico looks very different in pictures than real life.
