Its so crazy how different allocations and availability are in different countries...This is a very well specced clubsport, guards red, and its available on the dealers floor right now here in Kuwait. Price is around $168,000.

Auto Gallery in LA has indeed changed their policies. I inquired about their GT3 list and the GM said they have 21 on the list, MSRP only and $5000 deposit to get on. Very reasonable. No games.
However...A good friend was getting his '71 911S serviced at Newport Porsche (Autonation) and asked if he could get a GT3. The salesperson said yes, they had allocations and he could configure the car...hmmmm. They did not get down to numbers but I would guess that there may be a "market adjustment" when the invoice is created. or he is just very lucky

I am done with Newport Porsche...I don't want to buy ten cars to get one. And I am not 80 years old!
Funny...my wife wants a Cayenne...only 9 more to go to get on the good list!!!

Then, on 3/11/17, I got an email from a Customer Service Representative asking if my sales associate was able to get me the car I was looking for? I told her "no", but hoped that she could help me.
Six days later, I got an email from my sales associate telling me I had an allocation at MSRP.
Sounds like whoever is running the dealership is on the right path!

AG has definitely changed the way they do business. In October of last year, I inquired about getting on the list for the new GT3. At that time, I was told that GT cars would be sold at "market price". I sent them an email asking them to reconsider, and reminding them that I was a repeat customer (3 cars, including a 2015 GT3). Unfortunately, I got no response.
