Yep - this should put some pressure on those still trying to flip the RS at stupid prices and to me the "R" is a great car for MSRP. Trying flip those for $100,000 is a freakin joke. I am glad Porsche has been listening and in a way this slaps the flippers still out there but the 991.2 GT3 will fall down the same rabbits hole.

The .2GT3RS will also be NA and I am sure will be 525 HP plus with even more goodies. We are not going FI yet and do not bet we are headed there in 3 years.

This new engine could be here to stay for a little while with continued development

No you're not.

I think it's going to be a great car and all but still a little skeptical about the solid valve train. I know he said they ran in multiple tests with no adjustment needed but wonder if there is not going to be something in the maintenance schedule to check. Or will the car through a code somehow if it senses change in valve timing? Still better than a top end rebuild.

What color?? This will be tough. I see no yellow stitching or striping which becomes a factor with PCCBs.

I'm going to try and get a Miami Blue or Chalk with MT (and probably sofas) and daily the hell out of it. Keep the RS for the track and trade bait for a .2 RS... and if it doesn't come or is FI, then I'll just keep the RS.

I must admit this is pretty exciting.
