I don't have the answers to your questions, however, it sure sounded like a great way to take delivery of your car. I was recently at LA PEC and they explained to me that you'll get time with a coach in one of their cars and a lot of special treatment at the center. I've driven there 3 separate times (Carrera S, GT3, and Caymen S) and had a blast, learned a lot, and enjoyed the restaurant. I believe the delivery experience is around 3 hours.

I'm not the OP, but I can see what he might be getting at - the other pics in the article are ambiguous with regards to rear seats ... it looks possible that it might be a 2 seater
