How does PEC delivery work in regards to picking up your car, i.e. how do you sign all the papers/pay/all that jazz if you're not at your dealership? Now that PEC LA is accepting deliveries I'm contemplating doing this.

I understand that a PEC delivery can delay getting your car for around a month.
