Default How would you spec a GT3

How would you spec a 991.2 GT3? What options are considered "must have" and what would you not get if you're a current GT3 owner.

I'd probably use the online configurator.

Those have been really useful in the past.

Sorry, I went back and clarified my original question. I was looking for input on the mostly picked options.

RL delivers in a single post. Very efficient.

The joke is kinda lost since he edited the original post. I'm glad at least someone caught it!

Much lurking but couldn't let this go unnoticed.

Minimal options for sure w/ no chrono and no wart on top. I'm indifferent to lift - had it on my GT3, don't on my RS. Probably lean toward getting it because it's not that expensive. Then the debate begins: LWB vs. Sofa, PDK vs. Manual. For me it's LWB and PDK. (Oh and absolutely no PCCB for me.)

Don't listen to these jokers . The correct answer is:

PCCB
Manual
No roll cage
Leather
Some horrible in your face colour if they will let you

I'm going to do an exact copy of this one.

No wart, clubsport package and steel brakes

For street / Canyon use only:

Pccb
Nose lift
Full leather
Funky color (don't wimp out) or white/ GT silver
Bose or equivalent (not the 5k buttMeister)
918 style headlights
Seats that fit your body
Manual transmission

For tracking occasionally

Same spec
PDK optional

For hardcore track:

No lift
Radio delete
No chrono (use aim smarty cam)
Full leather / alcantara (easier to clean than the rubber)
Pccb- take them off and replace with aftermarket rotors immediately, keep for resale
Bucket seats- lose some weight and get in or better yet take them out and replace with a real race seat and keep buckets for resale
Color- who cares you are wrapping it like a GTLM car anyway

Only use mine on streets and spirited runs. PCCB's, LED's, Leather interior, LWB's, coloured belts, PTS if possible, being this will definitely be my last one. Still undecided whether PDK or MT.
