I'm in and paid for both days, I hope my car is ready.....
Is there a DE trophy for old cars like mine; 3-pedal, no ABS or traction control - just two feet, two hands and one ***.
CJ, I'll be making the trip to the west coast from Texas, so I can bring a load from Austin if you need a car moved....Spyrex and USC will probably be trying to get me to bring Franklin's or La BBQ when I come.

TownePlace Suites Bakersfield West is the hotel Spyerx mentioned. We stayed there last fall. Shortest drive to the track from Bakersfield, and it's close to decent restaurants.

I think they were just cutting their losses. Mooty was HUNGRY that evening. Didn't he finish like 6 soufflés + the bowls of creme anglaise?

Just a random thought, why not change it to 2 run groups, 30 minutes sessions. Cut the price by half so $200 per driver. You can still get the same amount of track space heck may be even more open!! the average driver can't do a 30 minute session without needing a break anyway. and more than enough track time except for the most seasoned endurance drivers. 1 group full open passing (no point by), one with point by's only...
One advantage of $400 is you will filter out the people who don't want to spend $ for exclusivity. If that's your goal then never mind my post.
