Default Porsche Connect App

Hey Guys,

I just picked up a 2017 Cayenne e-Hybrid. Great infotainment system. It also supports the Porsche Connect App for our phones.

Does anyone know if our 2015 GT3s support the Connect App? I have NOT been able to find a good answer.

Thanks!

Don't think so. But will likely be included in .2 GT3.

Confirmed. Was an option for pre-2017. Was not an option on my 2015 GT3

I went to the good guys at Fremont Porsche to get my 2017 Cayenne done. Really simple. They plug the computer into the OBD2 port and activate it.

This is just a pain in the ***. But the programming they did was to allow an external source to get access to the computer in the car. I am guessing Porsche did this for security reasons. They are working on a streamline method.

Procedure took 10 minutes but mainly because the slow interface.
