Big congrats on a special RS
Enjoy it with your sons!
Nice to see dealership taking care and giving priority to their local customers.

Excellent! Dealers that sell these at MSRP should be included in the list of awesomeness. There are a few others on that list.
Looking forward to seeing it as well.

Congrats to Dave! We spoke on his way to the dealership and man he sounded like a kid on Christmas!
And Hennessy has been so good to the Smokies event. They are our title sponsor this year as they are making some significant financial contributions to our cause. I've always been so thrilled with how fairly they've treated me personally and then the partnership between Hennessy and the Smokies can't be beat!!

I entirely endorse Sean's comments. Furthermore, Hennessy have been incredibly hands off with their sponsorship and support. They don't ask for anything and genuinely believe in our cause.

Thanks everyone! Yes, it was a fun Saturday morning for sure. Not sure who was more excited, me or the boys!
There's a bit more to the story that makes me feel like like this car was meant to be. The sales person I deal with at Hennessy left the dealership a few weeks ago to pursue other interests. I met Sally when I was looking for my current GT3, but I found my car at another dealership before she was able to get me one. Even though I didn't buy a car from her she did a great job staying in touch. We talked several times over the past 18 months as I looked for an RS (at MSRP). No luck! When this RS became available the salesman who took over her relationships called her to see if she know anyone who would be interested in the car. She immediately gave him my name and the rest is history. So in the end, Sally really did find me my RS. We texted and she was genuinely excited that I got the car.
beoliving, you are right. Olympic blue is closer to Gulf blue. Hmmmm. I automatically assumed it would be closer to Mexico blue. I'm anxious to see how this looks with the Mexico blue wheels. Might be good. Might be fugly. Oh well, stickers can always go away!
Thanks again everyone for you kind words and enthusiasm.
