I'd feel remiss if I didn't mention that it's 79F today in Denver

Yes. I70 in the winter is not to be missed, especially when it's snowing

So you're saying wait for GT2 RS to arrive before moving back.....

It is VERY hard to leave SD. But I would like a change of scenery. Ill always have a home here. My businesses and investments are all out here as well so it would be difficult to move.

I have a ton of family out in Dallas but I cant stand the weather. Cost of living is a plus though
Cost of living= Only if you keep a small footprint on the home.

Or a Sunday afternoon headed east from Vail. SMH..

My godfather is based out of SD as well with business & has a home in Glenwood Springs. Seems to be the best of both worlds IMO.

Love it.. I'm drilling down on loopnet as I type.

I bet that is a beautiful area. I've only made it down HWY 285 as far as Buena Vista for a whitewater rafting day trip when I lived in Conifer. I think thats the great thing about CO the endless amount of outdoor activities (my .02).

Wish I could oblige. I don't get those kind of views in my neck of the woods.
