Talking Porsche 991 GT3RS Design Concepts by: Brixton Forged

Porsche 991 GT3RS Design Concepts by: Brixton Forged

To all of the GT3RS owners and fans who will be enjoying this thread, we want to welcome you to our world of renders!

Daily, we realize how hard it is for clients to visualize changing and modifying aspects of their cars such as body color, wheels, aero, etc. Because of this, we have been utilizing the latest in CGI technology which has allowed us to take a more modern approach to vehicle design / modification. This service has allowed ourselves and our clients to become very creative and experimental, which has led to some amazing collaborations such as the wheel set that stole Instagram on @cranucopias M4 GTS (photo below / click to view full feature). - apologies for the BMW reference, hah*

Ultimately, this is what has led us to starting this thread. We want to get creative with the GT3RS and for you to be a suggestive part of it!

Please feel free leave feedback , positive or negative (hopefully not too much negative), and make suggestions for any wheel styles / color combinations you may like to see on the GT3RS. All of our wheel styles can be found at www.brixtonforged.com under the 'Collection' tab on the main menu.

Sales inquiries / questions, please email sales@brixtonforged.com / call +1.888.397.6601

Thanks everyone, lets have some fun with this!

Cyba is spot on.

IMO - for the RS, you need to make a wheel suited for track duty.

The wheels in the pics, DO look awesome. But i personally wouldn't put them on an RS. I'd put them on my Cayenne though.
They need more sidewall...for handling AND looks.

Absolutely, I couldn't agree more!

For customers looking to run a lightweight 1-piece wheel, we offer our Ultrasport+ line for this car and run the same 20x9.5 and 21x12.5 monoblock forgings (supplied by APP).

OEM is 23.2lbs front / 28lbs. rear. We are are lighter than factory wheel weight for our 1-piece in about 90% of our wheel designs, which can be found here

Here is a photo of a 20x12 rear running in at 19.8 lbs.

Noted!

Any wheel styles / color combos you'd like us to try out?

Also, all renderings are done in house. This photo is straight from Google. Here is the original:

Gt3 rs is a hardcore trackday car. These renders look more like a "hot wheels" play car for kids. Just making bigger wheels w less profile feels outdated.
I also say lighter and stronger than original (making them more beautiful than oem will not be easy)

Thank you for your feedback

The last renderings are exactly set over the factory 20/21". The sizes from the original picture were not modified. I hope this will help solve the "hot wheels" look.

The 20x9.5 and 21x12.5 WR7 model displayed on the rendering above is actually lighter than the factory GT3RS wheels which weigh 23.2 lbs and 28 lbs.

Additionally, we use APP forgings for all of our forged wheel manufacturing. APP is the same company that supplies Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, etc. with their factory forgings and are QS-9000 Accredited (Oxnard facility), AS-9100 Certified, and TUV Certified. I hope this helps solve the strength aspect of your comment.

In response to the visual aspect, this is the beauty of the automotive industry. People have different style and taste. We are here to accommodate all personalities and customer vision.

For instance, check out this R8 shoot we just completed. Perhaps this is more up your alley in terms of the track look:
