I guess I'll chime in here as I have a very fresh perspective on this issue after hustling a Diablo 6.0 around some mountain roads this week. This was Courtesy of a very nice and trusting buddy with a penchant for his collection to include all the 90's exotica. We alternated with another 90's Italian, a 550 Maranello. The Diablo had just had syncros replaced.. shifter was heavy but slick and mechanical.
Took off early early in the am, hit the coast and went north like our own personal norCal version of Cannonball run. Just nature, a ribbon of asphalt, and two Italian manual v12's.
I think if Lamborghini, as the last NA holdout brought back manuals, people would lose their minds over it.

I am a slow learner - but you are spot on having massive amounts of cylinders torque sounds of pure muscle has gotten my attention. Never pulled the trigger on an F50 a V12 V10 to your backside - priceless.
Rumors are Ferrari is looking at bringing back manuals wouldn't be surprised to see a Huracan Edition manual they are introducing I believe 6 variants. The Aventador tub has no room for a dual clutch so who knows it's certainly an easy sale.

I think the LamboNante is going to be impressive once we get our hands on one.
I also think that the big issue with the LamboCÃ*n originally was the AWD. I have not driven the 580-2 but the 610-4 had a really awkward diff.

They didn't say for the LT, though they did say hoosiers for the old ZR1, so I'm going to guess its the standard trofeos on the LT. Though if its any indication on such a short track, the GT4 CS did a 54.11, and the driver said the performante could get below 54.00 on trofeos.

Looks like an Aventador Performante is in the works - adding hp and like aero really like my SV but looking forward to hearing about what's in store.
