You have to love that. They will actually build, one, a car still if he/she wants one.

Porsche better be careful playing hide the weenie with their allocations

The thing is just so light and fast, and gets the giggles out within the first moments of driving. Complete home run car for Mclaren.

The coupe and spider share the tub, engine,
Suspension, and majority of the bodywork. It's not like a GT2RS and a speedster which have differing suspension, windshield profile etc

Here’s mine. Won’t get to drive it for another few weeks. I was nervous on getting the bright contrast of the bright orange seats versus the blue exterior, but after seeing it, I really like it!

Had an opportunity to drive a 600LT this weekend - lots of fun! Not yet sure how to compare to my GT3. At times, it felt fiercely fast and other times it seemed like it was reigning me in and not allowing full power.

The salesman was manning the center console switches - is it possible that the settings he chose could limit power significantly in some cases (even if wheelspin was not imminent)? The other thing is that it was still shod with high performance snow tires (not exactly same as Trofeos)

Yes. With all the nannies on the amount of power the car will give you is considerably held back. Basically if the steering wheel isn't at top dead center then the ECU will hold back, sometimes considerably, the power it will give you. If you press and hold the ESC DYN button then the car retains it's nannies but allows you far more power coming off the apexes. Press and hold the ESC DYN button again and you have no nannies. On track it is essential to have the ESC DYN button on or you will get very frustrated!!
As a reference I drove a few laps with all nannies on and then went to ESC DYN and immediately gained 4-5 secs a lap on a 1.58 to 1.53 lap time at Sonoma.

I should be selling my gt3rs pretty soon here and thinking of picking up a used 720s until my pista comes in, everyone happy with it?

Thank you - that sounds like what I experienced.

as ducati says, you absolutely need to use esc dynamic on. The car very obviously is cutting power/electronics interfering otherwise. It's much more subtle when switched on and a much better drive.

very happy with my 720. Best car I’ve owned. My red car isn’t being driven much these days.

Best looking 600LT yet, IMO, well done!

Will we see you at Sears on May 4th?
