From videos I would say that even if the engine is about the same the 675LT noise is better than my 620R , maybe it s just that the sport series exhaust is a bit too restrictive ?

All the people with the significant experience seem to write the least .
sso has had 10 Mclarens and has a gt3rs and he wrote very little .
I’ve had 13 Mclarens and had a gt3rs . Tracked them , stand in parking lots with them , get groceries , etc ….
one guy gets a 620r and decides to write a book …
it’s not complicated ; ask any mclaren dealer how many customers they have had who have bought 3 or more new Mclarens from them . My local dealer has 100 customers who fit into this category .
plenty of people own multiple marques. It’s not a life and death situation . If you’re one at a time then rotate it around marques .
If you want to feel important with the Porsche crowd at Porsche events then get a gt3rs because you’re gonna be the top guy that everyone wants to talk to . The equivalent supercar in terms of price is at the bottom of the pecking order at the supercar types of events . Ego can play a part in the decision making process .

Well , you are right comparing it to some actual race cars , but I m probably too biased as I find the noise of many actual race cars ( as actual F1 cars ) a bit " generic "

Yes of course , I was just looking for a reason on why Indyxc would define the experience " generic " and I think it could be mainly because of the less particular sound and rmp limit

A few years back I switched from a 3RS to a 720s and a 600lt. Porsche couldn't even come close in terms of super car presence on the road and especially the track. I love the Porsche noise but gets boring on the road and you can't really tell on track, the Mac's were just weapons on track but handling wasn't the same as a RS unfortunately and feedback was limited. But Mac's all day long in terms of real super car performance and looks.
Now back in a 2RS for daily fun and race cars for the track.
