Someone experienced 488 GTB, 570s, 991 GT3/RS, 997 GT3/RS and 458 Speciale and can give a report?

Which gives best raw driving experience and most emotions/feel?

This is the only area I'd disagree with, unless 'noise' refers to quantity rather than quality. For me, the RS has the most pleasing overall sound. The Speciale the loudest. The LT has the most exciting noises during shifts.

While I LOVE the transmission noises on the 675LT I do think there is a king of the hill type situation with Ferrari engines and exhausts- they are tuned to sound amazing. The LT is the best sounding Mac that they have made so far but to me the RS has too much drone and hum and not enough bark.

If I scored them, I would give the following noise scores:

458 speciale: 96
LT 675: 93.5
RS: 90


It's a few percentage points to me, not drastic but the RS only sounds good at 5500-8750rpm.

I'm more of a track guy than a road cruiser so take what I say with that bias! I found the 570 to be a really great road car. Doors are super cool and much more attractive than the 458. I don't like turbo lag and the 570 certainly has it, on the road not a factor and actually very helpful for passing esp in the mountains. The 458 is a great road car as well but it felt more like a race car than the 570 on the road and on the track. The steering feel in both cars is very good but not as good as the RS. On the track the 458 was much more stable much more responsive and the NA engine just sings, in race mode the throttle felt very race car like and I enjoyed the much better than the 570 but I still think the Mclaren is the looker. The 570 could get very gnarly under hard braking but still controllable, just not for the track as much as for the road. I was very disappointed in the reliability and the electronic glitches in the Mclaren. 3 different cars each with different problems. If you don't drive the car much or track it very much this might not be a factor but for me having experience with other british cars (Bentley, Land Rover) I just can't take a chance with all the problems I saw. Again this was my experience and others have a diff opinion.

Thanks! I don't plan to track it I just plan to enjoy it on the weekends and a road trip or two.

Heh-heh :-). I'm getting 2-3 new cars in the next ~9 months, so that should hold me over for some time. And then it's going to be ***LT hunting time, be it 675, 570 or 720 variant of an LT, depending on the market and news at the time.

Absolutely! I enjoy changing tires in my garage using a simple jack and impact wrench!!

And too bad CJ does not have a dealership close by!
