Yup, even my Spyder was an annoyance in that regard. I can't imagine what rolling up in a 570s and opening those doors would do. On the plus side, I've never been to a C&C and I never stop when I go out for my weekend drives, so it would only be an issue at the gas station and I can do those stops at off hours.

I will still get the 991.2 GT3 because it is a manual, NA and will be reliable for tracking. I see no reason anyone would choose a Turbo S over a 570gt or the GT2 RS over the 720s, unless we are talking about resale.
Only reason to pick turbo s over 570gt is if you actually use the rear seats in the turbo. Otherwise 570 all day. Plus turbo s depreciation is major, not any better than 570.

Agree the 720 sounds much superior to gt2 RS in every way other than resale.

You are right. My GTS4 in gray goes completely under the radar and I would not pick up my kids with the 605s (orange)

I agree with that 100%

These are issues one considers until you drive it. When you feel the amazing steering feel of a mclaren 570, the stiffness and light feel of that carbon chassis, and the power delivery... all other thoughts fly out the window. Don't you live here in Bay Area?... supercars are everywhere, people care about choppers and yachts, cars are chump change.. don't worry about anyone else, just go with what gives you a woody behind the wheel. The 570 is two viagras in that regard

I'm in the camp, who cares what others think. I wouldn't worry about the so called attention.

That's what I'm afraid of.

If it was women, I'd be all for the doors. Seriously, my real question marks about the 570S lie elsewhere. If I could get over those, I'd be able to live with the doors. Still hoping it's all a moot point.

675LT vs P1 GTR. the combined power of massive aero + hybrid is impressive.

Mclarens success comes at a cost for Porsche, each one is a car Porsche could have sold and the lack of GT car supply sent customers to McLaren

I've noticed that about my GT3 as well. Young men 14-24 yrs old, car guys of all ages, and cops notice it, but that's it.

Other than maybe gold-diggers being attracted to late model Ferraris, there doesn't seem to be a nice car that truly attracts regular women, however driving just a cheap, crappy beater does seem to repel them, if you and they are older than college age .
