Phil, I am curious to find out why you decided to go with Dundon over Fabspeed since your car(GT3) was a poster car for Fabspeed for a while and on all their YouTube videos(which sounded awesome), and they are so much closer to home than Dundon. How does Dundon compare to Fabspeed would be a better question?, looking forward to hearing from an owners point of view, who has had both products, and not from the actual manufacturer.

Fellow Rennlist member Nick Yoskin stopped by with his GT3RS this past week for the installation of our Long Tube Competition Race Header System.

"The power improvements were noticeable as soon as I hit the first on ramp! The increase in midrange torque is noticeable when rolling on the throttle thru long sweeping turns. Once out the turn the bump in horsepower is felt all the way to red line!"

Here are some pictures and video of the experience. Sound is off the hook and the performance gains give a heck of kick over factory! If anyone wants to chat about the upgrades and/or are interested in picking up a set, give me a shout anytime

Man my son "Barney" sure is puuuuuurty!

Seriously though I am "Over the Moon" with this latest mod!

Little background on myself, I been tuning GM cars for almost 15 years now and have driven/tuned cars from 300 to 1800 rear wheel horsepower and I can confidently say that my "butt" dyno is pretty accurate..LOL
Without a doubt the extra midrange torque is great to have because as you already know these cars are not torque monsters by any stretch of the imagination. Extra torque comes in nice while rolling tru turns at part throttle and long straights are shortened up by the extra HP up top!

Oh and yeah the sound........KILLER is all I can say on that one. I had FVD side muffler delete on GT3 and highway cruising stucked! Steady state RPM would literally beat on my ear drums. If I lugged the motor the drown was bad. Zero drown now.

Well, if you're going to put it out there about your background, you should give people a good read about your Vette.. http://classiccarcollectornews.com/c...e-rear-wheels/

I truly believe all these systems add the same (within 1%) of the same power. There I said it. Go with what makes you happy.

Nick sent me over some footage of him testing his launch control out the other weekend with our new Long Tube Competition Race Header System. Best sounding Porsche I have heard to date, I need it in my life...bucket list item added haha.

Anyone that is on the "fence" on obtaining Fabspeed Long Tube Competition Race Header System do it!
Not just the sound but the midrange torque increase and top end HP increase is obvious. No question about it!

Nick, I remember you doubting any long tube header gains awhile back. You were going to send your data logger for truth. Have you done this comparison yet yourself?

Your right, had my doubts. Anyone local to me with interest PM me and we can meet up

Ran my Vbox and posted a thread, look it up. Very cold so 60 foot was bad but trapped 128 and 129.
All doubters will have to wait till ATCO opens cause it will all be documented.

If you're on the fence check out the Dundon headers. You'll thank yourself later.
