Yes, I priced out a 16 GT3. Should give me a rough idea of what my quote will be.

Geico doesn't have proper insurance for this car... They don't do stated value, they also do not have the proper amounts for un-insured motorist (100K max) and they do not offer under-insured motorist. After actually reading my policy I had to let them go after being with hem since 99... I went with USAA and ended up paying about 190/mo or so for a kick *** policy including all listed above at 300K coverage and 20% added to value in case of loss when replacing the car. You might want to check your policy...

From what my agent told me un-insured motorist only covers medical expenses in FL. Is that the same in your state?

Thanks for the heads up. I do have un-insured motorist coverage at $250K/person & $500K/accident and the same amounts for under-insured motorist coverage.

In Massachusetts, un-insured motorist only covers "damages he or she is entitled to recover because of injury".

In TX, un-insured motorist coveres in the case where someone that hits you, it is their fault and they do not have insurance, hence the Un-insured for lack of insurance. We have medical and we have bodily injury for such coverages here... TX is so different i guess and always requires an agent when getting a quote or a policy writing up.
So we have state minimum 20/40/20
And if you do not get under-insured and it is the other person's fault regardless of your coverages, you only get those mins... like 20k for your car when I learned that from Geico I freaked! They told me that in TX they do not offer "proper" coverages for the GT3 or cars of its value tag and advised me to contact USAA since they knew I was retired military.

I have a 991 GTS, the insurance is high. When I get my 991.2 gt3 the insurance will be higher and I don't care because it's awesome.

$892 annually with $1000 deductible in Iowa for my 2014 GT3.
One of the few perks of living here is cheaper auto insurance.
