Sorry, I missed that. In any case, adds validity to the R being the best car since the 964RS.

Unless you just hate the aesthetics of the wing, I'm not sure how either the 964RS or the 991 911R would beat the 997 RS 4.0.

It's subjective, and i haven't driven everything so can't 'win' the argument. However, I know more than one owner of both who thinks the R > 4.0RS

Having done 2,000 miles in mine in 2 weeks, I've not owned a road car with a better mix of usability and enjoyment. If I had to keep one car and use it for everything, it would be the R. And I'd still be very happy!
