Default New GT3

Hi gang, did Porsche decide to offer the new Gt3 with a manual shift option? I was reading that it may but have not see anything conclusive. Unless I missed it, which is very possible. Please advise if you know,

thank you much -

Nothing at this point is 100% but if I was a betting man, most are saying yes.

The new 991.2 GT3 Cup car has been released and probably is a good indication of what the street 991.2 GT3 will look like, except for the wing. 4.0 ltr. engine with 485 HP. Strong rumors a manual transmission will be available.

Is that not exactly what we have already? The 4.0, with all the new DLC components, updated oiling, and "reported" 485 hp, 8500 max rpm is the most logical.

It needs to be an improvement. It needs to not **** off the R and RS crowd. It will be slower than the current .1 if you get the manual. FAster if you get PDK.

Those would fit with traditional Porsche improvements.

Yeah. Sure. I'd suggest 350 hp, to not **** off 996 RS owners.

to achieve that end they would also need to hit the 991.2 gt3 with a giant ugly stick...

I agree, but I think power will be slightly more than Cup (~495hp and a little more torque than RS)
