Interesting that this car has the rear tow hook to the right of the license plate. Most seem to have a cutout under the plate for the tow hook. Is this a PTS difference? Continental difference?

This seems like the most NON-PTS PTS ever. It's like owner is trying to make his R look like a base 911. Nothing wrong with that, will make for good car detail spotting when you see it on the road.

..this example also has various special items impossible for even Porsche Exclusive CXX such as PCCB calipers painted in black and 991.1 GTS centerlock winter wheels. Not surprisingly then, this belongs to a very important figure affiliated with the Porsche organization.

Good eye. All 9x1 Porsches I've seen here in the US have the tow-hook hole to the right of the license plate, so definitely a regional difference (PTS or not shouldn't matter). But maybe other countries beside the US get that too. I much prefer it that way myself.
